The Roelevard project will give Roeselare's station area a completely new look, with an impact on the entire region. It is a partial implementation of the master plan drawn up by BUUR and Bas Smets. B2Ai made the design together with the Norwegian and internationally renowned Snøhetta. Roelevard connects the green area at the front of the station via the pedestrian tunnel to the still undeveloped area at the back of the tracks.
These appartments are expected in 2023.
